intravenous (IV) fluids are specifically formulated fluids administered through a vein in your arm or hand. IV hydration can help replenish vitamins, improve dehydration and help restore your body's water- electrolyte balance. Vitamins or medications used for each client are commercially prepared so as to decrease the number of times an IV bag is punctured which will decrease the possibility of contamination. Your appointment starts with a consultation including a physical assessment and vital signs. We start your IV with the smallest caliber needle to keep you comfortable and a maximum of 1500 mls of fluid can be given at any appointment. B12 - this is a vitamin which helps with nerve conduction, red blood cell production and brain health. It is water soluable vitamin found in many foods. B12 helps with energy and keeps you going so you can finish your work day and hit the gym.

Lipo-B - these injections go deep into the muscle as an injection. They are typically placed in the outer thigh or the buttock. Lipo-B injections are typically used as fat loss supplements, in combination with diet and exercise, in weight loss plans. The combination of products that make up the Lipo-B (MIC) injection are methionine, choline, and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

L-Carnitine - Carnitine is a substance that helps the body turn fat into energy. Your body makes it in the liver and kidneys and stores it in the skeletal muscles, heart, brain, and sperm. The body produces L-carnitine to assist in brain, muscle and heart function, and its energy-producing attribute is used to enhance endurance and athletic performance

Compounded Semaglutide - Once weekly injections combined with diet and exercise to help you lose weight. This medication is a GLP-1 agonist and works by stimulating the pancrease to secrete insulin so the body can use food for energy and not store it as fat. Semaglutide makes you feel fuller longer. Dosage is started at 0.25 mg weekly, increases in dose is dependent on whether weightloss is occuring. This helps maintain you on the lowest dose needed to get you to your goals while allowing you some wiggle room to go up on dosage.

Phentermine (Adipex) - this is a medication that helps stop/curb hunger. Side effects can include thirst, constipation, increased blood pressure. These medications are contraindicated in people with uncontrolled high blood pressure, arrhythmias (irregular or fast heart beats etc.), history of strokes or pregnant.

Qsymia - daily oral pill with phentermine and topiramate which can help curb cravings. Same contraindications as phentermine.

Contrave - Naltrexone/bupropion, sold under the brand name Contrave among others, is a fixed-dose combination medication for the management of chronic obesity in adults in combination with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.

Medication derived from Botulinum toxin to help decrease wrinkles of the forehead, between the eyes and crow's feet. Microneedling with the Candela Exceed. This type of facial treatment is done with the use of very small gold plated needles that go into the skin producing a controlled injury to the skin. This injury then stimulates your skin to repair itself by stimulating collagen production which then improves the texture and the plumpness of your skin. Downtime is anywhere from 2- 4 days and is usually redness and small puncture marks on your skin.

Each treatment starts with cleansing the skin and applying a topical anesthetic. Once you are comfortable, we apply the microneedling device the skin until pin point bleeding is seen (injury). Last step is applying a stem cell serum, a hydrating serum and sun screen. You go home with an at home kit (retails for $100) to continue moisturizing at home. The dermaplane facial is one of our favorites. It is great for all skin types and it is safe in pregnancy and breastfeeding. This facial is the mechanical removal of the top layer of the skin vellus hair. It can be done every 4 weeks and has no downtime. We start with gentle cleansing of the skin, followed by a toner and air drying the skin, when the skin is completely dry we dermaplane the entire face.
